Thanks for sharing this. I posted it on my facebook account. We sometimes forget the math of poetry and music - and how powerful those 2 are. thx Elaine

Would it be possible to save the "Intesive Marketplace" and the "conversation with me" discussions to a Word 2007 or lower formant. My system is not yet Vista compatable. Thank you in advance. Mark

I ran across this post on one of my favorite sites. The video by Bobby Mcferrin is a demonstration of music and expectation. Go below it and you will find a very interesting BBC venture on viral poetry. Enjoy: http://blog.speakingoffaith.org/

Mark, thanks for posting this reminder. I'll see if we can make it. Eric and I have only gone a few times, but it was very good. It is also a nice venue. Many of our friends from the Queen City Balladeers perform here.

I liketo help people and companies get better at what they do.

I have followed Peter's writings for a long time and heard him speak. It was an opportunity to add to my tool kit.
With what organizations or groups do you work today?
I work with the Music Cafe. A group that helps musicians find their voice at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts in Hamilton, OH. I also work extensively with my church and as a lay speaker.

What is the crossroads at which you find yourself?
Your current answer to the selected question (you may update this and other profile items any time):
I am in transition for the first time in my career. I am trying to determine if the path I am on is sustainable or if a new path needs to be found.
Do you have a suggestion for a great question of your own?
Not at this time.
Anything else you'd like to share about yourself?
I enjoy engaging people. A Small Group fills that need and has allowed me to rub ideas until I can determine their application.

The article you sent (Thanks) made me realize how far I've removed myself from OD consulting. I'm accepting more and more that I'm a big picture person and am not drawn to the operational part of organizations. I'm shaped by my last major educational experience in Social Artistry where the emphasis was on What kind of a world is being created and what does this say about people who want to be involved in shaping it? Add to this my concern about people who are pushed to the edges of society - or outside it and it explains my interest in building community. Not a very practical place to put my efforts but that's where things are. Hope to see you at ASG gatherings.

Hi, Mark!
Glad to see you here.
Saturday's intensive was a fine day and I was happy to be getting to know you at the same time. I look forward to attending the Music Cafe and learning more about it next week.
