Although A Small Group is currently based in Cincinnati, Ohio, we have friends and fellow community members in Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis and many other places. Regardless of your location, we invite you to join us. Please tell us a little about your community (or country, for that matter!).

I'm a member of a local intentional faith community, Bellarmine Chapel. We are a Catholic community rooting in the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Committed to community-based social mission, we are organizers with 43 other local congregations, of the AMOS Project of Greater Cincinnati.

Mac Johnson has worked in community and nonprofit organizational development for 25+ years. He has served as staff of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati, Catholic Charites of Covington and St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Community, Centerville, Ohio.

Mac teaches community development in the Athenaeum of Ohio's Lay Pastoral Ministry Program (LPMP) of the Archodiocese of Cincinnati, and is a graduate of LPMP with a MA in Religion. He also teaches community development and nonprofit marketing at Union Institute & University, Cincinnati.

He is an MBA graduate of the College of William and Mary and lives in New Richmond, Ohio.
