Profile Information

In what City & State do you live?
Cincinnati
What is your Neighborhood?
Pleasant Ridge
What is your work? -- NOTE: all of these Q's may be updated any time and may be as brief or as long as you wish.
I am a bridge-builder and connector. I do organizational development consulting with a focus on teamwork and communication, leadership coaching, strategic planning and engagement.
What originally brought you to A Small Group? What brought you to this ASG site?
I had attended Peter's Civic Engagement series a few times and enjoyed it, but didn't get the significance of the work. When I was introduced to the World Cafe methodology at the Nexus Large Scale Change conference, I began to build a context for understanding it's significance. Specifically, the power of changing the conversation and building connectedness (sometimes intimacy) among large groups of people to create an appreciation of What Is Here Now, AND building inspiration, possibility and accountability. Long answer!
With what organizations or groups do you work today?
Wherever I go I am sharing and living this perspective.
Some groups (volunteer)
Woman's City Club
Central Assembly of God (and I'm not a christian!)
Center for Personal and Spiritual Growth in Cincy
ASG Questions: Select one to answer below, if you like (or pass - that's always ok):
Why is it important that you're here on this network today?
Your current answer to the selected question (you may update this and other profile items any time):
I want to know you and be known by like-minded others.
Do you have a suggestion for a great question of your own?
What is the gratitude that you have forgotton to offer?
Anything else you'd like to share about yourself?
If you feel the pull, say hello.
I'm not a computer person and am ambivalent about being sucked in to the virtual world.
I like the real thing!
LAST QUESTION -- First, a closing note: Thank you for your interest in A SMALL GROUP. Membership is free and open. We do, however, review each new member to be sure that the site is not being abused by spam posters. The more complete your profile, the easier it will be to verify. Your membership will be activated as soon as a moderator can review it. THANKS AGAIN! ------ On to the final item: WHAT IS YOUR WEBSITE ADDRESS?
