Job Annoucement- KY Campus Compact, Campus Vote Initiative Project Manager

The Kentucky Campus Compact has just received a grant to participate in the 2008 Campus Vote Initiative, which was created to help increase college age participation in the upcoming elections.



We have received a grant from the Public Life Foundation in Owensboro, Ky to hire a temporary staff person from now until just after the elections, about 30 hours per week. The person will work out of the Kentucky Campus Compact office on the campus of NKU. The person will be finding and sharing resources with college campuses around the state with the hopes of increasing the number of college students who register to vote, helping students become more involved and more informed, and encouraging students to vote.
